Los Angeles has reportedly offered outfielder Manny Ramirez a two-year, $45 million contract.  The deal would pay the slugger $25 million for the first year with a $20 million player option for the second.  Ramirez batted .332 with 37 home runs and 121 runs batted in last season for the Boston Red Sox and Dodgers.
