My, and others', first question is why not Cruz first instead of throwing big bucks at Kyle Farnsworth? But the Royals ended up with both of them, and Cruz seems to be a key acquisition for GM Dayton Moore. It was announced Wednesday Cruz would be skipping the first round of WBC play for the Dominican Republic. To make room on the 40-man roster, Esteban German was DFA'd and I assume will get released like P Neal Musser did.[ March 5, 2009 at 12:54 PM ] [ Comments (1) ] [ Full Story ]
