Twins catcher Joe Mauer will have a magnetic imaging arthrogram on his troublesome back Wednesday and his status for Opening Day is in doubt. Mauer has experienced lower back discomfort since the end of the 2008 season. The All-Star has yet to face live pitching this spring.
